The plan is to arrive at Moshoeshoe i International airport as early as possible after flying from Frankfurt via Johannesburg to start the Lesotho 1 stage. Build up my bike have a quick lunch and then cycle from Maseru to Ramabanta Lodge. This may be a bit ambitious so the alternate would be to take a minibus Taxi to Ramabanta Lodge and start the next day from there.
Each day there are three flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo International (JNB) to Maseru Moshoeshoe i International (MSU), all operated by Airlink. The flights cost about €120. It is critical to book early as the planes limit the number of bicycles. Sporting equipment is complementary up to 15 kg and the allowed maximum dimensions are 190 x 75 x 65 cm.
Flights to Maseru depart from Terminal B whereas the International Flights arrive at Terminal A.
